Nourish and Flow Into 2025

Join Alisha Slaughter, Certified Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Healer, for a 6-week journey to align your body, mind, and habits with your vision of vitality in 2025. Starting Thursday, January 9th, this series combines grounding yoga and empowering wellness sessions to help you clarify your health goals and achieve them. Improve digestion, fight inflammation, build strength, boost energy, and feel vibrant and strong in both mind and body as you step into 2025. 

Weekly on Thursdays:

Yoga Flow (5:30–6:45 PM): Begin your evening with a grounding and energizing yoga practice that reconnects you with your breath, strengthens your body, and unifies your mind, body, and spirit.

Empower Your Wellness Session (7:00–8:15 PM): An interactive, practical, and results-driven session exploring foundational health topics. Discover actionable strategies to nourish your body, boost your vitality, and thrive in all areas of life.

January 9th: Your 2025 Wellness Manifesto
It’s time to connect with what truly matters to you. Declare how you want to feel in 2025 and align your actions with your vision for health and happiness. Through somatic grounding, meditation, open discussion, and intention setting, you’ll gain clarity, spark new ideas, and leave with meaningful steps to support your goals.

January 16th: Nourish with Build a Plate
Master the art of creating perfectly balanced meals with my easy-to-follow ‘Build a Plate’ formula. Learn how to use the food on your plate to support fat loss, muscle growth, better digestion, balanced blood sugar, and a vibrant mood. Discover simple tips to boost your metabolism and fuel your body for strength and vitality through nutrition.

January 23rd: Build Muscle, Lose Fat
Discover how to utilize protein to power muscle growth, accelerate fat loss, and balance your hormones. Learn how to pair effective nutrition with strength-building movement to create lean muscle, burn fat, and feel focused and energized.

January 30th: Reset Your Gut Health
Support your gut health for better digestion, stronger immunity, and mental clarity. Explore practical diet and lifestyle strategies to restore balance in your gut microbiome and unlock the key to vibrant health and energy.

February 6th: Grounded and Resilient
Learn how to manage stress and regulate your nervous system using body-centered somatic practices. This session offers tools to help you feel less stressed and more in control, improve sleep, enhance focus, and foster emotional resilience to stay grounded as you navigate life.

February 13th: Anti-Inflammation Plan
Reduce pain, boost energy, and restore balance in your body with small but effective changes to your nutrition, movement, and self-care routines. Walk away with a personalized anti-inflammatory action plan to lower inflammation and support lasting health.
