New Year’s Day Movement + Breath + Sound

with Carrie Arlah Burr and Dallas McKenzie
$35-$55 Sliding Scale

Join us for an auspicious beginning to 2025 with a powerful launch into the new year through embodiment and inspiration!

Gather in community with two Breath+Oneness favorites: Carrie and Dallas, as they weave their potent gifts into a multi-dimensional experience to support you in clearing the old that no longer serves and augmenting the new that wants you to flourish and prosper.

Beginning with conscious breath and movement, Carrie will guide you through a warm-up to get your body calm and prepared while Dallas weaves a backdrop of supportive soundscapes. Next, Dallas will lead a 40-minute breath session to invigorate, clear, harmonize, and activate latent potentials for increased well-being. Finally, Carrie and Dallas will layer instruments for a surround-sound sonic journey of beauty and depth.

We will end the evening with a closing circle, energizing our intentions and affirmations for the New Year.

Let’s come together for intentional and supportive positive new beginnings!

Carrie Arlah

Co-Founder of Breath+Oneness, Carrie has been leading and participating in ritual and ceremony for over a decade, finding great resonance in sacred, remembered spaces. She brings her passion for profound culture to events and offerings that invite people to find these remembered spaces within themselves, and curates community that is authentic, sacred, whole, and vibrant.

Dallas McKenzie

Dallas has been gathering her tools over the last decade to bring a deeper connection and understanding between the inner and outer worlds. Music was the spark that started it all, the didgeridoo threading spirit and connection into her life in her late teens, bringing curiosity for what lies deeper. Starting her path at the Globe Institute of Sound Healing Sciences in San Francisco, she began to fall in love with the way vibration was so intricately woven into the body, mind, and spirit health. Breath was the fan to flames of this passion. Knowing there was something still to be found in the breath she went on to start her studies at The Alchemy of Breath, for trauma release therapy and has been weaving her favorite modules ever since. She is passionate about the power that lies in both sound and breath and believes these are our greatest gifts, and greatest tools to fully remember the soul path.
