As we begin a new year, you are invited to connect with the practices that nourish and energize body, mind, and spirit to set ourselves up for an expansive new phase.
In this New Year’s Day workshop, we’ll work with techniques to release stagnant energies and establish a clear field. You’ll learn “spiritual hygiene” tools that you can use daily to set your field and exercises to tone the vagal nerve, which is crucial to calming the nervous system.
Through a series of Kundalini yoga breath and movement practices, we’ll create the foundation for deep meditation. We’ll complete the workshop in relaxation, bathing in the vibration of the gongs and reiki energy. Reiki master Sam Renfroe will offer hands-on reiki during the gong bath for those who would like it.
Susan von Thun
Susan is a scientist, communicator, yogi, and healer. Through yoga, meditation, and various healing modalities, she has awakened many of her innate gifts as an intuitive healer. She is passionate about helping others become aware of their own gifts. She is a Hatha and kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive healer, and a certified master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki, along with other advanced reiki techniques. In all of her offerings, it is her intention to provide subtle, yet practical tools that will support your expansion and help you remember your own divinity.
Samuel Renfroe
With a passion for adventure, Sam strives to live to the fullest potential that life has to offer. Over the years, Sam has been challenged with health issues of his own, leading him down the path of all things health and wellness. As the journey went on, he began to realize that health wasn’t as simple as he once thought and that the body needs help not only in the physical but also in the emotional and energetic realms. Feeling called to help himself and others, Sam studied Reiki and worked with a few different teachers, being ignited into Holy Fire Reiki, which is a stronger, more concentrated flow of energy and love that goes exactly where it is needed.
