Strength and Breath for Mind-Body Mastery
In this dynamic 45-minute class, we will start with five strength-building exercises specifically working with breath holding techniques designed to build physical endurance, enhanced cellular health, and deepen the mind-body connection.
Following the strength portion, the class transitions into a 15-minute relaxed and even breathwork session. This calming yet rejuvenating practice focuses on relaxing the nervous system, releasing tension, and boosting mental clarity. Using the SOMA Breath technique and balanced inhaling and exhaling, you'll stimulate creativity, enhance focus, support your immune system, and foster an overall sense of well-being.
