Join me on March 2nd, 2025, from 7:30-8:30 pm at Breath+Oneness, in honor of National Old Stuff Day - for a transformative sound healing experience designed to support the release of the old, encouraging the invitation to embrace the new. As we ascend into more of our soul’s radiant light, we are collectively moving through a time of great renewal after deep purging. This sound healing class is inspired by and also aligns with the shifting seasons from winter to spring months.

This session will be a sacred container where sound and vibrational healing will assist in shedding outdated energies, beliefs, and patterns, allowing space for fresh and joyful inspiration into higher, authentic alignment.

This offering will be supported by Reiki with Joyce Leonard, amplifying the healing power of sound with gentle yet profound energy work. Through the resonance of healing instruments, intuitive tones, and the soothing flow of Reiki, you will be guided into a state of deep release and energetic renewal, attuning to the frequencies of new possibilities.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard (of Santa Cruz Reiki Works) will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
