Join us on a deeply nurturing Sound Journey designed to cultivate connection to the resonance of Self Love as you bask in the healing frequencies of Crystalline Bowls woven with the soundscapes of drums, soothing percussion instruments, and Zina’s vocals.
In this Sound Journey, Zina will be incorporating instruments tuned to the frequencies of our heart centers, to gently open and balance the heart chakra, restore your connection to self love, and replenish your entire system.
We will open our time together with some grounding breaths and a few minutes of guided vocal release followed by an immersion of sound that will first powerfully activate your system, and then gently draw you down into a deeply restorative state that will facilitate peace and alignment.
With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.
During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard (of Santa Cruz Reiki Works) will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
