Join movement facilitator and DJ Chelsea Biklen for this monthly dance ceremony. We will open our space with a Ceremonial Guatemalan Cacao circle and exploration of our dance theme. The evening will continue into a lightly guided dance journey called Dancing Freedom, which follows a 5-stage arc through the 5 ayurvedic elements. As we dance with the elements we re-awaken and remember our connection to ourselves, each other, the planet, and the cosmos. It is a somatic, ecstatic, and shamanic dance practice that welcomes all bodies, all experiences, and all emotions. It is both dance and moving meditation.
