Each of us carries layers—sometimes over decades—that build up over time, shaped by our experiences, the way we were treated, and the stories we tell ourselves. When we peel back these layers, we come face to face with our essence—our True Self. Beneath it all, there is a luminous, bright light that has never been dimmed. This light, our purest nature, is untouchable by anything external. It is the part of us that remains unbroken, that shines as brightly as the sun, no matter how many clouds pass overhead. This is who we truly are—and the wonderful truth is that this light is already within us.
When we enter this world, we come in radiant, whole, and full of potential. But as we grow, we encounter experiences that make us question our worth, safety, and place in the world. We begin to interpret our surroundings as unsafe, leading us to feel unworthy, not good enough, or unloved. Slowly, but surely, these beliefs create layers over our once-bright light—like a lampshade that dims the radiance of a flame. These layers, made of fear, pain, and old stories, obscure our light. And sometimes, we forget that we are the flame itself.
But this is where healing can begin.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic, full-breath technique that uses continuous, deep inhales and exhales through the mouth—no pauses, no holding your breath. The pace of your breath shifts throughout the session, creating a rhythm that helps release tension, unlock stuck emotions, and shift your consciousness.
This powerful practice is accompanied by carefully curated music that guides the journey, allowing you to drop into your body and tune into the sensations, emotions, and insights stored within.

To get the most out of your class
· Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you have time to settle into your space; we will begin promptly at 7 p.m.
· It’s best to dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
· Your experience will be more effective and comfortable if you do not eat at least 45 min before class
· Use the restroom before we begin. There are two available for your use.
· Optional: Bring a journal and a pen
