Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing class designed to release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body.

This class will include a musician playing quietly with our sound healing instruments to add the soothing effects of sound healing.


Crystal Grid Sound Healing Journey ✨

Janna guides you through creating a powerful crystal grid around your body, using heart-focused breath to cleanse the auric field and transmute densities, while a crystal bowl sound bath helps release tension and access higher consciousness, supporting your personal journey and amplifying your intentions, whether to relax, release, inspire, magnify, or serve, in an experience of the grids and the gentle, potent energy of crystals.

Learn how to clear negatively charged emotions and tap into your full potential. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can be used to decrease stress, trauma, triggers, unwanted emotions or negative beliefs. When we have a tool that can easily clear away the negative, we can begin to create our future with more fun, joy, happiness and freedom!

Restorative Movement with Balls & Soft Rolling

"Restorative Movement" combines the principles of the Alexander Technique with a focus on balancing our body's structure and moving through all planes of the spine with conscious awareness, emphasizing the fluid nature of our movement for ease.


Energizing Flow

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-1pm

For any yogi with a solid foundation of yoga knowledge and experience wanting to get a good workout in and maybe even have some fun doing it! This class is in a warm room (around 80 degrees) and utilizes good music, a lively-paced intermediate flow, and some core work to get your body moving and heart pumping. The intention here is to build strength and stamina, challenge your cardiovascular system, have fun moving through flow sequences that feel great in your body, and get a solid workout.


Qigong

Qigong (AKA Chi Gong) is a moving meditation technique that not only improves physical fitness, but also assists us in achieving a deeper sense of calm (and thus gets us into parasympathetic nervous system dominance). This relieves tension and stress, and supports our body temples to heal, grow and repair from injury and illness.


Kundalini

This all-level Kundalini yoga class uses a combination of postures, breath, mantra, sound, and meditation to help you recognize your connection to your infinite self and enjoy an ever-expanding state of peace, love, joy, health, and prosperity.

Slow down, recommit to self care with Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT), a complete revitalizing experience. Rejuvenate and promote healing with stress relieving modalities layered together in one session; restorative yoga, integrative movement, essential oils, Reiki, guided body scan meditations and breath awareness.


A Reset Breathwork Journey

Breathwork is a type of therapy that utilizes specific breathing patterns to improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. The breathwork that will be used during our journey is called the Conscious Connected Breath. Using full deep breaths, we breathe in and out continuously, through the mouth. We do not hold our breath at any point. The pace of the breathing changes, increasing and decreasing in pace, throughout the journey. Our journey is accompanied by music.

This type of breathing is designed to tone down our thinking mind and put us in touch with our wisdom mind. It also drops us into our bodies – where emotions and feelings are stored. With our thinking mind toned down and our wisdom mind and our bodies more front and center, we can start to release the energies of anxiety and stress, depression, insomnia, poor digestion, and trauma. Our state of being and our perspective on life and the world we live in also starts to change as we do this healing work. We can even receive messages about how we’re living our lives or a path forward.


Morning Meditation - Donation Based

This class gives instruction on the techniques and benefits of building a mindfulness meditation practice. Each gathering will include a talk & themed guided meditation (happiness, self-acceptance, gratitude, loving kindness and others) followed by participant Q&A. Drop in or pre-register online. Please arrive five minutes early, no late admissions.
